Absolutely — scale is never a problem. Just tell us what you have in mind and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’re flexible — just let us know as soon as possible. With 3 or more days' notice, we can increase or reduce portion counts without any issue. With less than 2 days to go, we can only scale up.
A banquet is a seated dinner with a sequence of courses served at a shared table. A reception is a standing format — guests move freely while waiters serve food from trays or food stations. We’ll help you choose the right format for your venue and guest count.
Everything you need for the culinary side of your event: menu planning, food preparation, delivery, tableware, table settings, wait staff, hot beverages, and still water in glass bottles. You can also add specific drinks and bartenders to your order.
All we ask from you is tables and chairs for your guests. If you don’t have them, we’re happy to provide furniture at an additional charge.

It depends on the menu. Our ready-made set menus can be booked 2−3 days ahead, and a custom menu requires at least a week’s notice. For large-scale events, we recommend reaching out 2−3 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and a tasting session.
